I use winndixie.com often for my weekly groceries, and the prices are usually better than I expect. The deals can really add up, and doing pickup helps me avoid buying random extra stuff in the store. That said, it’s not always perfect, sometimes items are out of stock or the substitutions aren’t what I’d pick. Still, for saving money on regular groceries, it’s been helpful overall

I’ve used Winn-Dixie a few times now, i’ve been pleasantly surprised. The produce has shown up looking fresh each time, bananas weren’t bruised, the salad looked crisp, and the berries weren’t smashed or sad-looking like I’ve gotten from some other grocery deliveries.

The meat and dairy were still cold when they arrived, and the dates were good too, which matters a lot to me. In my mind, that’s usually the real test of grocery delivery. Everything tasted fresh, and the quality was better than I expected, so I’ll definitely keep using it on days when I just don’t feel like walking around the store.

Customer service helped me really fast, answered my question, and fixed my order without making it a whole thing. It was easy overall 🙂

Delivery was fine overall, but they did miss two items... not a huge deal, just a little annoying.

I stopped in and the place just felt kind of messy. The aisles looked dirty and it didn’t seem like anyone was keeping up with basic cleaning. It gives off the vibe that they’re more focused on making money than keeping the store pleasant for customers.

I used Winn-Dixie to place a grocery order, and the checkout process was okay, but not exactly smooth. My cart updated like it should, but every step seemed to take a little longer to load than I expected.

I also had to go back and double-check my pickup time because it wasn’t super clear the first time around. Payment did go through without any issues, so at least that part worked fine, but the whole thing felt a bit like nobody had really read through the process from a customer’s point of view.

It wasn’t terrible, and I’d probably use it again if I needed to, but it could definitely be easier. A few clearer steps and faster loading would make checkout feel a lot less frustrating

I shop at Winn-Dixie pretty much every week and the rewards app does help. It shows the coupons easy enough, and I like saving money on stuff I was already gonna buy anyway. Sometimes I forget to clip them, which is on me lol, but when I actually rememebr it can take a decent amount off. I went last weekend and got a nice little discount at checkout, so yeah, no real complaints from me...
